Class Precautions

1. Please report to the swimming pool 15 minutes before class starts according to the time and place of the class you are applying for. Parents are required to pick up and drop off their children by themselves.

2. Please bring all swimsuits, goggles, towels, slippers, etc., and you must wear the swimming cap of the Association every time you attend class. (Reminder that young children can wear special paper swimming trunks or study pants for swimming)

3. The association puts safety first, so participants must obey the coach's instructions, and are not allowed to enter or enter the water without permission. Violators will be ordered to withdraw immediately, and the paid fees will not be refunded.

4. The ratio of coaches to students is 1:4 (infant class), 1:4-6 (beginner class) and 1:8-12 (intermediate and advanced class), and they are divided into groups.

5. The Association will not be responsible for any physical injury or property loss suffered by students.

6. In case of special circumstances, the Association reserves the right to change the original coach, class time and place of the course.

7. If the preferred swimming class is accepted, no further notice will be given; if you need to confirm registration or obtain a receipt, please directly call the Association.

8. Unless the course is full or canceled, all paid fees will not be refunded, nor can they be transferred to others or used for other purposes.

Progress Assessment

1. The students will be evaluated before the end of the first phase and third phase swimming classes each year, so that parents can understand the progress of the students and receive a progress report, and they will be promoted and assigned according to the level.

2. The Association will distribute the "Learning Journey" at the last lesson of the swimming class. Any student who is absent or takes leave on that day must go to the swimming pool to collect it within 3 months after the end of the swimming class. If you want to get an overdue "Learning Journey" copy, a handling fee of $50 will be charged for each copy.

3. If additional certificates or certification letters are required, an administrative fee of $50 will be charged for each letter.
