Important Notes

1. All paid fees are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred or used for other purposes unless the course is full or cancelled.
2. Course fee includes swimming cap and admission fee.
3. Students who need to pay in cash must visit the office during office opening hours.
4. Promissory Notes will not be accepted by the Association.
5. Please write the student's name and contact number on the back of the crossed cheque.
6. Our courses are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who are interested in taking swimming classes, please enroll as soon as possible.
7. We do not accept phone registration or reservations.

Application Method

1. Mail Application: After completing the enrollment form, send it back to the office of the Association together with a crossed cheque.
2. Fax Application: After completing and faxing the enrollment form to the Association, send the crossed cheque and the completed registration original form to the Association's office.
3. Office Application: After completing the enrollment form, enroll with a crossed cheque or cash during opening hours.
